An evening you stay seated for.
A small room, an open kitchen, warm light. Quick at lunch, long in the evening — and for birthdays we push the tables together.
The room
We are on Sendlinger Straße, two minutes from Sendlinger Tor. Forty seats, one counter, the open kitchen behind it. You can see who is cooking.
At lunch people come in from the offices around us with half an hour to spare. In the evening it quietens down, the lights come lower, tables stay occupied longer. Both suit us.

What people write about us
We do not collect reviews on this site. What guests write is out in the open on Google Maps — read it unfiltered there, and say something yourself.
Two things come up most often: that it is quick when the lunch break is short, and that nobody is rushed in the evening. Both are deliberate.

Kenji Ito
Trained in Osaka, more than fifteen years behind the counter. He works with two cooks, does the cutting himself, and is happy to explain what is on the plate — just ask.
Birthdays, teams, long tables
For groups of six or more we push the tables together and agree the platters with you beforehand. Tell us what the occasion is when you call — birthday, company dinner, a farewell.
