How this site handles what you type in — and what it never collects in the first place.
Controller
The controller under the GDPR is the body named in the legal notice. The server is located in the European Union.
What is collected
This website collects personal data only where you enter it yourself: in the reservation request form. What would be transmitted is your name, phone number or email address, and your entries for date, time and number of people.
In this portfolio version the form never leaves your browser: there is no recipient, no database and no storage. Your entries are gone as soon as the page reloads.
Legal basis and deletion
The legal basis would be Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The data would be deleted once the reservation has been dealt with and no statutory retention periods stand in the way. Nothing is passed to third parties for advertising.
Map
The map on the contact page only loads after you explicitly agree; until then no connection is made to Google and no IP address is transmitted. The address is written out in full beside it, so the map is nothing you have to depend on.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies, embeds no analytics or tracking services, and loads no fonts from third-party servers — the typeface ships with the page itself.
Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
